4.1

3-Way Conference

The Conference feature allows the user to connect two calls into a single conversation.
IP2061/M22/M62 can establish a 3-way conference on the phone. M54(-i) needs to use
IG7600’s resource to establish the 3-way conference call. IG7600 supports 1 set of 3-way
conference for M54(-i).

4.2

Agent Log On/Off – UCD Group

Extensions can log on or log off from UCD group.

Enable Agent Log On feature, dial *91.
Disable Agent Log On feature, dial **91.

If an extension disables the Agent Log On feature, the extension should log off from all
UCD groups it belongs to.

4.3

Alphanumeric Display

The IP Phone extension provides a graphic LCD that supports 64 alphanumeric
characters. The LCD enhances many system features.

4.4

Automatic Callback Busy

IP2061/M22/M62 supports Automatic Callback Busy. When the callee has no session
resource, the caller will hear busy tone.

The caller can dial “6” to get the Automatic Callback Busy feature.

The confirmation tone will be heard and come back to idle status. When the callee is no
longer in busy status, the caller will hear call back ring.

Remove the Callback Busy calls, dial *66.
Example:
To make it simple and clear, assume that we have 3 EXTs under our system. Let’s
call them A, B and C. A is an EXT with Call Waiting function disabled.
Now A is having a conversation with B, C wants to call A, after the dialing, user C
hears the busy tone, shows that A cannot answer the call now. Before the busy tone
stops C presses “6” to enable busy call back, and then C hangs up.
Busy Call Back works like this, when EXT A turns back to idle (hang up the call with
B), EXT A will starts to ring immediately, after A picks up the call, Ext C starts to ring,
and C picks up the call to start the conversation with A.
