6.7 Maintenance Every 500 Hours
6.7.1 Change Engine Oil Filter
Follow the same procedure for changing engine oil filter as mentioned in 6.4.2.
6.7.2 Clean or Change Air Filter Element (As Required)
Air filter is a crucial component for the performance and the life of a unit.
Use genuine part for replacement.
Even before 500 hours, if the indicator for air filter
shows RED, take the element out, check and clean it, or
replace it with new one if it can not be serviced.

6.7.3 Change Fuel Filter (SDG25S/45S/60S)
(Procedure)
① Remove cartridge by using a filter wrench.
② Spread fuel thinly on packing in a new cartridge, then
screw the cartridge into the housing.
③ Screw it in until the packing reaches the seal surface,
then give it a approximately 2/3 turn by using hand
pressure.
④ Bleed the air of fuel. (See 5.5)
⑤ After new fuel filter is assembled, check for any leak
before running engine.
