10.1 Installing GTWIN
In order to use GTWIN:
Windows 95 (OSR2 (Ver. 4.00.950B) or higher), Windows 98,
Windows Me, NT (Ver. 4.0 or a subsequent version) or 2000 must
be installed in the computer.
The computer in which GTWIN is being installed must have at least
20 Mbyte of hard disk space available.
GTWIN is installed in a personal computer using the procedure outlined below. This
explanation assumes that Windows is installed in the C: drive and that the CD drive is
the E: drive. If your drives are configured differently, or if you are installing the program
over a network, enter the appropriate drive name for your configuration.
Procedure:
1. Exit any applications currently running.
2. Insert the setup CD into the CD–ROM drive.
3. Click on the “Start” button at the lower left of the screen, or
press Cntl + ESC to display the Windows menu.
4. Select “Run”.
