Note –

Several error messages may appear when executing an smb mount while

mounting windows partitions. Check that the mount succeeded after the call by
running the subcommand sp get mount.

The required formats for remote NFS and SMB mounts are as follows:

For NFS: server_name:server_exported_mountpoint

For SMB: //server_name/windows_share_name
