Notes
• You cannot reassign more than one digital audio
input to the same input.
• You cannot assign optical signals from an input
source to the optical input jacks on the receiver, and
you cannot assign coaxial signals from the input
source to the coaxial input jacks on the receiver.
• You cannot use the digital audio input as the
original input when it has been reassigned to
another input.
• When you assign the digital audio input, the
INPUT MODE setting may change automatically
(page 91).
Watching HDMI images
from other inputs
(HDMI VIDEO ASSIGN)
You can reassign an HDMI video input to
another input.
For example, you can watch HDMI images
when you select a SA-CD/CD player, while
listening to a super audio CD via the SA-CD/
CD jack.

Receiver operation is enabled.
