Using the application mode
Use the application mode when you clean the LCD screen of the Remote
Commander or when you want to browse imported image files for the
wallpaper using “NAVITUS Design.”
Notes
The Remote Commander consumes considerable battery power in the application mode
compared with other modes. It is recommended to use the AC power adaptor in the
application mode.
• Although the timer mark (c) is not shown when cleaning the display of the Remote
Commander or browsing the wallpapers in the application mode, the timer is executed
if set to ON.
• Although the charging mark ( be) is not shown when cleaning the display of the
Remote Commander or browsing the wallpapers in the application mode while
charging, charging continues.
Cleaning the Remote Commander
The Remote Commander is set to ignore input from keys and buttons in the
cleaning mode. Use this function when you clean the display or casing.
1 Press the [APP] key for 2
seconds or longer in the
Home display.
The Application display appears.
2 Press the (Cleaning) key.
The application mode confirmation
message appears in the display.
z Tip
If you want to close the application display,
press the [EXIT] key to return to the Home
display.
3 Clean the Remote Commander.
z Tip
If you press the COMMANDER OFF button, the display returns to step 2.
