Response Format

If, in less than 2 seconds, a normal or error response cannot be sent, the following
acknowledgment response is sent:

Start time for the monitoring period in the format hh-mm, where hh is
00-23 and mm is 0, 15, 30, or 45. Or enter ALL (all performance
monitoring data is retrieved). The default is the value nearest the
current time. Grouping is allowed.
