View System Information 101
View System Information
The System Information displays the following information about the
handset:
• Phone IP Address — displays the Internet Protocol (IP) address
assigned to the handset.
•
Server IP Address — displays the Server IP address.
•
Firmware Version — displays the software version running on the
handset.
The information in the System Information is for display purposes only.
You cannot edit this information.
View the alias IP address
Follow this procedure to view the IP address currently assigned to the
handset by the call server.
You cannot edit the IP address.
Prerequisites
The handset must be in standby mode.
Procedure Steps
Step Action
1 Press and hold the LINE key.
The User Options menu appears
2 Use the Up and Down keys to scroll through the list and select
Alias IP Addr.
3 Press Enter.
The IP address appears.
4 Perform one of these actions:
• To return to the previous menu, press Back.
• To return the handset to standby mode, press the Power
Off/End Call key, or press Exit.

Follow this procedure to view the current IP address of the handset.
You cannot edit the IP address.
