Record Caller Number
Follow this procedure to record a caller’s number for accounting purposes
on the Nortel IP Phone WLAN Handset 6100 Series wireless handset. Use
the Calling Party Number feature to record a caller’s number or to charge a
call to an account number for accounting purposes during an established
call.
Procedure Steps
Step Action
1 Press the Call Party soft key to place the caller on hold. The
entered number displays.
2 Enter a charge account number or the caller’s number.
3 Press the Call Party soft key to return to the call.

Trace a malicious call
Follow this procedure to trace a malicious call on the Nortel IP Phone
WLAN Handset 6100 Series wireless handset. Use the Malicious Call
Trace feature to trace nuisance calls within your system.

1 To use Call Trace while on a call, press the Line button to
access the Feature Keys menu.
2 Press the number key that corresponds to the Call Trace feature.
