While on an active call

The caller is put on hold, and you hear a dial tone. An icon
appears beside the Transfer item in the LINE menu, indicating
that the call is transferred.

Use the dialpad to enter the number to which to transfer the call.

When that number rings or is answered, press the LINE key and
select the Transfer feature again.

The call is transferred.

If you put a call on hold to answer and transfer a call, press the
LINE key and select the line you put on hold.

The original call is active.

Connect calls using Call Join

Follow this procedure to connect calls using the Call Join feature. If you
are on one call while you have another caller on hold, you can merge the
parties to create a conference between the two callers and yourself.

Procedure Steps

While on a call, press and hold the FCN key and select 3wc, or
press the Conference softkey and Line button.

Press the number key of the call that you want to connect to your
current call.

To merge the calls, press and hold the FCN key and select 3wc
again, or press the Conference softkey a second time.

The person on hold has joined the conversation.

Set up a Conference call

Follow this procedure, using the Conference feature, to set up a
conference call for three people (or a maximum of six people, depending
on your handset configuration), including yourself.

Prerequisites

You must be on an active call.
