86 Use the Inbox and Outbox
4 Press Ok.
• To dial the call, go to step 5.
• To view call information, go to step 6.
• To store the number in the directory, go to step 7.
5 Use the navigation keys to select Dial and press Ok.
The handset dials the number. The procedure is complete.
6 Use the navigation keys to select Display and press Ok.
The call information appears. The procedure is complete.
7 Use the navigation keys to select Store.
The CICM Directory appears. To add an entry, see "Adding an
entry to the directory" (page 108) .

Using the Outbox
Follow this procedure to use the Outbox.
Prerequisites
You must have assigned the Outbox to a DN key.
Procedure Steps
Step Action
1 Press the FCN key.
2 Use the navigation keys to select Outbox from the menu.
The Outbox screen appears.
3 Use the navigation keys to scroll through the list and select a
call.
4 Press Ok.
5 Perform one of these actions:

To dial a call, go to step 5.
•
To view call information, go to step 6.
• To store the number in the directory, go to step 7.
6 Use the navigation keys to select Dial and press Ok.
The handset dials the number. The procedure is complete.
7 Use the navigation keys to select Display and press Ok.
The call information appears. The procedure is complete.
