Unmute a call 77
Procedure Steps
Step Action
1 Press and hold the FCN key and select 3wc, or press the
Conference softkey.
The caller is put on hold and a you hear a dial tone.
2 Dial the number of the person you want to add to the call. At this
time, you can talk privately to the person before you add them to
the conference call.
3 Press and hold the FCN key and select 3wc a second time to
merge the parties, or press the Conference softkey a second
time to merge the parties.
4 If necessary, repeat the procedure until all the required people
are in the conference.

Mute a call
Follow this procedure to mute a call. Muting prevents the transmission of
sounds by the handset.
Procedure Steps
Step Action
1 Press the FCN key.
The Hidden Keys list appears.
2 On the dialpad, press the number key that corresponds to the
Mute option.
The mute feature is enabled, and Mute appears on the display.
