(Basic rate) Is used to indicate the basic rate assigned

PROVUNITS
(Bandwidth units) Is used to indicate the number of
provisioned bandwidth units in the
SONET/SDH transmit direction. The unit
is specified by the RATE attribute.
Possible values when VCAT=ENABLE
are 0..7 (when RATE is STS3c) or 0..21
(when RATE is STS1). Possible values when
VCAT=DISABLE are 0 or 1.
Possible values when
VCAT=ENABLE are 0..7
(when RATE is STS3c) or
0..21 (when RATE is STS1). R/O
ACTUALUNITS
(Units carrying traffic) Is used to indicate the number bandwidth
unit actually carrying traffic in the
SONET/SDH transmit direction. Possible values when
VCAT=DISABLE, or
