Internal callers will receive the absence information as text on
their phone display. (If the phone does not have a display, the
caller will receive the information as a recorded message.)

External callers will be routed to the operator, who also has
access to your absent information.

An internal party that attempts to contact you from an extension with the
capacity to receive mini-messages will immediately receive your
absence message. This may also be the case for an external ISDN party
that is compatible with the mini-messaging service, provided the
following requirements are met:

The caller is an ISDN network user.

The caller uses an ISDN terminal compatible with the
mini-messaging service.

Your extension is not specifically and permanently protected
against the use of this call forward on absence service for external
parties.
