Example:

A “TCP transparent” connection from the INSYS GPRS
5.0 serial to the service center must be established, con-
trolled by a call (Callback).

In addition, the existing possibility to directly call from
the service center for emergencies (GPRS failure, per-
formance problems) should be maintained. Only the
number of the modem connection for the service center
should be made available for this call.

For a call from the Clip number 2 (mobile phone), a “TCP
transparent” connection to the service center must be
established.

The service center has a normal modem connection
with the number 04989949494. A service mobile phone
with the number 01711253456 exists. Furthermore, the
service center has a fixed internet connection with the
IP address: 200.12.0.120; the TCP port 10000 was en-
abled for connections to the INSYS GPRS 5.0 serial.
