To set run out protection:
Note
Run out protection occurs if the pump is running at full speed, and the set pressure cannot be
recorded after a set period of time. To set run out protection you need to enter the amount of
pressure drop and the time delay.
Instructions
1) Password The password protection prevents
untrained personnel from accidentally changing
the base setting.
• From the parameter screen on the main menu
press the arrow until the display changes to:

5) By pressing the arrow. Enter the pressure
setting (in psi) at which you want the pump to
shutoff. Typically a setting of 3 to 5 psi less
than the standard pressure setting would be
entered.

7) By pressing the arrow you will be entering
the amount of time (in seconds) that the pump
will run at the pressure setting programmed
into the conveyor limit before it automatically
shuts off. Returning to normal operation:
8) Hold the ➔ arrow down for 3 seconds and you
will be returned to:
9) Hold the ➔ arrow down again for 3 seconds
and you will be returned to: The Main Menu.
