Differential Pressure Transducer
The sensors of this differential pressure transducer are two piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors,
mounted on a tape (TAP) freely floating in an oil chamber. The pressure is transferred to the sensor by a
separate steel diaphragm in the oil chamber.
