Temperature MMW
MMA Hydraulic MMW: The water temperature has exceeded the limit
of 75 °C. Automatic reset when the temperature
drops below 60 ° C.
MMA: The heatsink temperature has exceeded the limit
of 75 ° C (thermal protection). Automatic reset when
the temperature drops below 50 ° C. The cooling fan
starts when the temperature reaches 50 ° C.
Check that the inlet water temperature is within specifications
of the product.
Check that the inlet air temperature is within specifications of
the product.
Check and restore the proper priming of the pump.
Minim.Threshold MMW
MMA Hydraulic Pump not primed.
Lack of water in the suction side.
Pump with poor performance.
Water request is too high, broken pipe.
Incorrect parameters 22, 40 Check presence of water in suction side.
Restore the proper priming of the pump.
Make sure the filter is not clogged.
Check for cracks in the hydraulic system pipes.
Check the correct pump selection for the type of plant.
Check the setting of the parameters 22, 40.
Remove power, wait until the display goes off and restore
power.
No Water MMW
MMA Hydraulic Pump not primed
Lack of water in the suction side.
Incorrect parameters:
MMWpar. 22, 39, 42.
MMA par. 22, 54, 42.
Check presence of water in suction side.
Restore the proper priming of the pump.
Make sure the filter is not clogged.
Check the setting of the parameters:
MMWpar. 22, 39, 42.
MMA par. 22, 54, 42.
Remove power, wait until the display goes off and restore
power.
PrsSensor Fault. MMW
MMA Hydraulic
Electric Pressure transmitter is in fault MMA: check the sensor wiring.
MMA/MMW: check the sensor reading using the gauge, if
installed. If not functioning properly, replace the sensor.
Water Hammer MMW Hydraulic Closure delivery flow too fast and the pressure exceeds
the double of the set point.
Install appropriate compensating hydraulic shock absorbers.
If not installed, install the expansion vessel.
If present, check the air pressure side of the vessel.
Overload MMW Electric Pump is working in wrong condition end of curve. Check the correct pump selection for the installation type.
