To add a new Custom Report, click the New button in the Custom Reports
window. The Custom Report window appears. Program in the new report
parameters at this window. When you are finished, click OK. You are
returned to the Custom Reports window. The new report will be added to
the custom report list.

To edit an existing report from the Custom Reports window, select the
report
you want to edit from the list of reports; click the Edit button. The
Custom Report window appears. Change the report parameters you want to
change. When you are finished, click OK. You are returned to the Custom
Reports window. The report will now contain the changes you made.

Import and
Export File
Options

At the Custom Report window, you are able to import a Custom Report file
into the application, and you are able to export any Package Track report
definition from the application into its own file. For more information,
refer to

“Importing a Report File” on page 126

and

“Exporting Report Defini-

tions” on page 128

Importing a Report File

You are able to import a report file into Package Track via the Custom
Reports window. Once imported, the report becomes a custom report
option in this window. To import a report file into Package Track, refer to
the steps that follow.

Note: The report file must be in .xml format, and cannot be directly
edited.
