Viewing Recipients
You are able to view the recipient list in the handheld application by select-
ing View > Recipients. The View screen appears. All the recipient records
in the handheld application are listed. The total amount of records appears
in the Record Count field along the top of the screen.
Purging Data Data transferred to the handheld application or collected via the handheld
application may be purged in two ways:
• Automatically during the data upload process by setting the Purge
data on upload option in the Configuration screen. (For more informa-
tion about this option, please refer to
“Purging Data on Upload” on
page 155 .)
• Manually by selecting the Purge Data option from the Purge menu.
