5. If the database is properly setup and connected to Package Track, the
following message appears: Test Connection Succeeded. This means
that the application can find the database and connect to it; and when
you open Package Track, the information found in this database will be
included in the application forms, history, and reports.
6. If the test connection fails, it is usually because the database cannot be
located or the server name or logon information is wrong. If this is the
case, the database may not have been created during installation, or the
