Working with the Handheld Data
The Batch Portable application database houses the downloaded data and
the collected data. In the batch portable application, you are able to transfer
data to and from the workstation application, purge handheld application
data, view package records, add recipient records, receive packages, and
deliver packages.
Viewing Data Recipient and package data sent to the handheld and collected at the hand-
held may be viewed on the handheld.
Viewing Package Data
To view package data, select View > Packages. The Packages option con-
tains three selections: All, Delivered, and Not Delivered. You may view
the package data on the handheld by any of these options.
Viewing All Package Records
To view all packages on the handheld application (including delivered
packages), select View > Packages > All. The View screen appears; all
packages contained in the handheld application are displayed in the screen.
Along the top of the screen, the Record Count field shows the number of
records that are displayed.
