For more information about receiving packages, refer to the sections that
follow.
Receiving
Packages with
the Receive
Option
Use the Receive option to receive one package at a time. When you receive
a package by the Receive option, you are able to scan the incoming pack-
age and edit the package record at the time of package receipt. To receive
packages by the receive option, please refer to the instructions that follow.
1. From the Main screen, tap the Incoming Packages button. The Incom-
ing Packages menu appears.
2. Select the Receive option. The Receive Packages screen appears. By
default, the Unknown Recipient is selected in the Recipient field and
any packages assigned to the Unknown Recipient appear in the Pack-
age Grid area of the screen.The received packages in the system are
listed in the Package Grid area of the screen.
3. To receive a package into the system, scan the package for delivery.
The tracking number appears in the Scan Package field.
