Probable Cause / Recommended Action Error Condition
The SVP may be set as an exception on the proxy setting of
the web browser. Make same setting on the following dialog
boxes.
For JRE 1.4: the Proxies dialog box of the Java Plug-in Control
Panel.
For JRE 5.0 or JRE 6.0, the Network Configuration dialog box
can be opened from the Basic dialog box of the Java Control
Panel.
The message indicating the login processing
has been displayed and there is no response.
Restart the Remote Web Console computer.
During the Remote Web Console operation,
the Internet Explorer web browser suddenly
disappears (Internet Explorer suddenly ends).
Incorrect Display/Misoperation during the Remote Web Console Operation
Close the setting dialog box of the other program product that
is opened. After the processing of displaying the Reports
Display dialog box has been finished, re-open the setting dialog
box for the program product.
You have clicked the Basic Information
command ( ), and then you have opened
the setting dialog box of the other program
product before the displaying processing
(acquiring information for the Reports Display
dialog box) has not been finished. As a result,
the Reports Display dialog box remains in the
status of displaying processing and does not
reply.
The required program product options might not be installed
or an error might occur on the window that is displayed by
clicking the command.
Make sure that all the required program product options are
installed. If they are installed, perform one of the following
operations.
• Click the Refresh command in the File menu
• Click the Refresh All command in the File menu
• Log in to the Remote Web Console again
The commands in the Go menu are not
clickable.
Close all dialog boxes, and then log in to the Remote Web
Console again.
After dragging and dropping objects to
another location or area, the scroll bar on
that location becomes unusable.
Close all dialog boxes, and then log in to the Remote Web
Console again.
A focus disappears from the edit box.
Log out from the Remote Web Console, and then log in again.
If this error occurs before you log in to the Remote Web
Console, close all dialog boxes and then log in to the Remote
Web Console. The display of the web browser becomes
incorrect, because some GUI items such as
labels and icons cannot be downloaded
properly.
Log out from the Remote Web Console, and then log in again.
The characters are unreadable because they
are overlapped or garbled.
Click the Refresh command in the File menu.
The characters are garbled in a window that
a tree is displayed.
