Enables or disables the target.

OPTIONS

None.

SPECIFIERS

<target_name>

Specifies the target name for the target definition previously created with the

creatercopytarget

command (see

creatercopytarget

on page B.20).

<policy>

This specifier can only be used with the

pol

subcommand. The policy can be one of the

following:

mirror_config|no_mirror_config

Specifies that all configuration commands (

creatercopygroup

,

removercopygroup

,

admitrcopyvv

,

dismissrcopyvv

,

setrcopygroup pol/period

,

startrcopygroup

, and

stoprcopygroup

) involving the specified target are

duplicated (

mirror_config

) or not duplicated (

no_mirror_config

). If not specified,

all configuration commands are duplicated.

<new_name>

The new name for the indicated target. This specifier can only be used with the

name

subcommand.

<tput_value>

Specifies the maximum throughput for the indicated target's links, and is used to limit the

total throughput of the links. The throughput value can take a [

g

|

G

] suffix (gigabytes), [

m

|

M

]

suffix (megabytes) or [

k

|

K

] suffix (kilobytes) to indicate size (with no space between the

specified value and size type). The default is kilobytes. Specifying a value of

0

removes the

throughput. This specifier can only be used with the

tput

subcommand.

NOTE: The

no_mirror_config

specifier should only be used to allow recovery

from an unusual error condition and only used after consulting your 3PAR

representative.
