Using a Snapshot to Restore the Virtual SP in vSphere Client
1. In the vSphere Client, right-click your virtual SP, point to Snapshot, and then click Snapshot
Manager.
2. The hierarchy that appears in the left navigation pane shows the virtual SP snapshots that have
been taken. Select the snapshot that you want to restore, and then click Go to.
3. When you are prompted to revert to the snapshot that you selected, click Yes.
Using a Snapshot to Restore the Virtual SP in Hyper-V
1. In the Server Manager application, click Roles, click Hyper-V, and then click Hyper-V Manager.
Expand the Virtual Machines list.
2. In the Snapshots pane of the Hyper-V Manager, select the VM that the snapshot is associated
with.
3. Right-click the snapshot that you want to use, and then click Apply. The following message
appears:
Are you sure you want to apply the selected snapshot? The virtual
machine’s current state will be lost.
Click Take Snapshot and Apply or Apply, as appropriate for your situation.
