Caution: We strongly advise against changing a location name if you use FTP Export/FTP
Import, since location name plays a very important role in these operations. If you do any
kind of centralized data collection do not alter location name.

To view or edit data for company locations:

1. Select

Company Locations from the Database menu. The Company Locations

database table is displayed.

2. Click

the

Add New

button to add a new company location.

3. Highlight a record in the database table and click

Edit

, or double-click a record to update

the company location information.

4. Highlight a record in the database table and click Delete to delete that record.

5. Click

Close to exit the database table.

6. Click

Print to print the database table.
