Field Name Description
Shutdown Shuts down the entire system. Required before
powering down the switch or removing system
assembly.
Restart System Reinitializes the DEFINITY LAN Gateway application
(the brouter)
Reboot System Reinitializes all hardware and software on the system
assembly
Exit Returns you to the previous screen
Use this screen as follows:
1. Select the activity you want to perform. Press the number, or press Tab or use the
arrow keys and press the ENTER function key .
2. The following prompt appears: Are You Sure? (Y/N?) . Type Y and press
Return .
If you type N and press Return , this screen will reappear.
