Field Name Description
Date and Time Day, Date, Time, and Year of the login attempt (Day
[nnn] Month Day[xx] Hour:Minutes:Seconds)
User Login of the user who attempted to log in. After three
failed login attempts occur, all are logged. If fewer than
three are attempted, then none is logged.
Terminal Port Multi-Function Board port through which the login
attempt was made
