To display the Option Tab, select [Start] - [Printers and Faxes] (or [Start]
- [Settings] - [Printers]), right-click the icon of the installed printer, and
then click “Properties”.
Item Function
Mode Selection Select whether to print or fax.
FAX Mode Set the fax resolution and transmitting conditions.
Cover Sheet Set the cover sheet for the fax.
Direct Entry Enter the address of transmission.
Phone Book Entry Register the address of transmission on the Phone Book.
Recipient List The party on the remote end or registered on the Phone
Book is indicated.
Item Function
Version Displays the version of the printer driver.
Item Function
Option Specifies the options that are installed on this machine.
Option Information Automatically specifies the printer driver option settings.
