Specifying Job Operations
% You can specify job operations on this machine by setting a printer
driver.

Note
The three printer drivers that can be set on this machine are as follows:
KONICA MINOLTA PCL Printer Driver
KONICA MINOLTA PS Printer Driver
PostScript PPD Printer Driver for Mac OS X
“Secure Print” and “Save in User Box (and Print)” should be set in ad-
vance to “Printer HDD ”.
Specifying Settings (for Windows)

Click the [Properties] on the Print dialog box to open the printer driver
setup dialog box.

Click the Setup tab (KONICA MINOLTA PCL or KONICA MINOLTA PS
driver).

From the “Output Method” drop-down list, select the output method.
Print: Prints immediately.
Secure Print: Enters the ID and password on this machine’s control
panel, then prints. (Up to 100 documents)
Save in User Box: Saves the document to be printed in a box on.
Save in User Box and Print: Saves the document in a box and prints at
the same time.
Proof and Print: After part of the document has been printed, this ma-
chine stops printing temporarily. Select to avoid misprinting a large vol-
ume of print jobs.
