Custom Paper Size (In case of Mac OS 10.4x)
Select [Custom Page Sizes] in the pop-up menu to display [Paper Size] from
the Page Setup window.
It is possible to register a new Custom Page Size.
The setting of the Custom Page Size is deleted.
Paper Size
Sets the height and width of the output paper.
Printer Margins
Sets the margins of the output paper.
