6.4 Specifying the Special Functions Tab Settings
Printing the Document Number
Each document is numbered when printed.

Click the Special Functions tab.

Select the “Distribution Number Stamping” check box.

Set each item as follows.
– Pages to Print
Select either “All Pages” or “1st Page Only” as the page to be print-
ed with a number.
– Starting Number
Set the number starting figure.

Note
“Distribution Number Stamping” can be used only when the “Collate” in
the “Setup” tab has been set.
Printer HDD should have been set with the Option tab for the “Distribution
Number Stamping”.
