7. Tag and disconnect the three electrical wires that run
to the power track and the wire that goes to the
proximity switch.
8. Unbolt the power track.
9. Remove the bolt securing the keeper pin and
remove the keeper pin from boom pivot pin.
10. Using the lifting device, support the rear of the boom
to remove the load from the pivot pin.
11. Remove the boom pivot pin.
12. Move all of the hydraulic hoses and electrical wires
so they are free from chassis.
13. Using the lifting device, remove boom from chassis.
14. Place boom on saw horses or other adequate sup-
ports.
