Jib Position for Travelling

It is necessary to raise the JIB arm when driving up or down
slopes that exceed 10° and but less than the max. 15° to pre-
vent the jib from contacting the ground.

ONLY PERFORM THIS OPERATION WHEN IT IS NECESSARY. IN ALL OTHER
SITUATIONS, DRIVE WITH THE BOOM AND JIB FULLY LOWERED AND
ALIGNED.

The permission to use the JIB is indicated
by the icon in position 5 on the remote
control display panel.

Before lifting the jib arm in the traversing
phase, the following conditions must be
verified:

All outriggers must be lifted from the ground

There must be no operator in the basket

The platform/remote control box must be removed

from the platform and used from the ground.

NOTE:

The aerial part safety device by-pass key must not
have been activated after the machine has been
closed and aligned.

If any of these conditions have not been met, the use of the
JIB is not possible and one of the following error displays
appears.
