1 Codes 32-127 (left side of Table) represent standard ASCII characters, and are useful for either serial ports or viewports.
2 Codes 128-255 (right side of Table) represent special graphic characters which are generated by the Color CVIM module
within viewports only.
3 The special character represented by code 255 is also represented by a number of other characters codes (codes
234-247 and 251-254, for example); nonetheless, when such a character is needed, use character code 255, as the other
codes representing this character may be subject to change in future versions of the Color CVIM module.
