This feature is used for sending the same originals to several receivers in order.
The number of receiver can be designated up to max. 99.

Press [FAX] on the LCD home screen and switch to Fax Mode:

Set the original on the Flatbed or the ARDF.
- When transmitting the original on the Flatbed, check that no original shall be set on the
ARDF.

Set up the features for your need.

Enter the other party’s Fax No.
① Enter with the number key (Manual Dial):
Max. 40 digits can be entered.
② Use Speed Dial
- Use [Speed Dial] button:
Pick up [Speed Dial].
Pick up the number to send in the Address Book and then press [OK].
- Manual Input:
Press # Key and enter Speed Dial by 2-digit.
For example, #01: Speed Dial No. 1
