- Use Address Book:
Pressing [Address Book] moves to the Address Book.
Select the desired number in the Address Book by pressing [▲] or [▼] button and
then press [OK].
Note
- Add/Change/Delete Address Book can be made by “SETTING → ADDRESS BOOK”.

Pressing [Add Number] allows previously entry to ascend one by one and to enter a new entry
in the new input line:

Enter the Fax. No to be added, using the above way. In this case, pressing [▲] or [▼] button
allows confirming the entered No.

Press 【
】 Key.

Scan the original and start transmission.
- To cancel Fax Transmission, return to the start-up screen and move to PRINT/JOB LOG.
Then, press Fax in the Job list and press [Reset Job].
- A message confirnibg Cancel Fax, “Are you sure you want to reset job?”will be shown
on the screen.
