Press the entry box and then press [Address Book] or [Keyboard]:

When Keyboard or Address Book window appears, type your desired text.
Pick up the desired Mail address in the Address Book List. Multi-Select can be made:

Sender can be added or deleted.
Selecting the entry box can add or delete it with [+] or [-] button appeared.
