<Detailed Description>
- Normal Print
This is used for general printing and is general setting of the print driver.
- Sample Print (Rotation Sort Print cannot be used together)
Sample print is output by Collate.
This feature can help not make a mistake in the error of the content or print settings.
Using the Sample Print can store the output content in the Machine.
The user can pick up the output content stored in the Machine.
If the user code or ID/password is applied to the file, the output can be made by entering it
in the Machine correctly.
If the output is desirable after checking the sample printing result of the first 1 sheet,
the print can be made by the user’s entered print quantity, or if the output of sample
printing is undesirable, the print may be cancelled.
When printing or cancel the file for sample print, the file stored in the Machine is deleted
automatically.
- Locked Print (Rotation Sort Print cannot be used together.):
To keep security in printing Memory Lock over sharing network, use this feature.
When using Locked Print (no storage), the output content is stored in the Machine
temporarily.
The user can pick up the output content stored in the Machine temporarily.
If the user code or ID/password is applied to the file, the output can be made by entering it
in the Machine correctly.
This feature allows the content to be printed only once. After being output, the file stored in
the Machine temperately is deleted automatically.
- Stored and Print (Rotation Sort Print cannot be used together.):
To keep security in printing Memory Lock over sharing network, use this feature.
When using Stored and Print, the output content is stored in the Machine.
The user can pick up the output content stored in the Machine.
If the user code or ID/password is applied to the file, the output can be made by entering it
in the Machine correctly.
This feature allows the output to be continued as long as the file information to be output is
stored in the Machine.
