- Printing on preprinted paper may cause deterioration of print quality, paper jam,

or fault of the Machine.

- Use the OHP paper designed for plain paper copier. OHP paper attached with tape or back

cover cannot be used.

- Printing on a postcard may deteriorate the print quality depending on the type of the

postcard or ambient temperature.

Keeping Paper in good condition

Inappropriate storage of papers, even available papers, may cause deterioration of print quality,
paper jam, or fault of the Machine. Keep the papers at the place of fulfilling the following
conditions:

- Place with low humidity

- Papers not to be used after unpacking should be kept in the original wrapping paper or in the

cabinet or at the place with low humidity.

- Keep papers at the place with flat surface. Do not keep papers vertically.

- Avoid papers being creased, folded, or bent.

- Keep papers at the place out of direct sunlight.

Not Available Paper

The following papers cannot be used. Using inappropriate paper may cause deterioration of print

quality, paper jam, or fault of the Machine:

- OHP paper once passed the Machine (Even if not printed, it cannot be used again.);

- Paper printed by thermal printer or inkjet printer;
