2. Remove the front panel from the base.
a. Disconnect the Cable Assembly from the Motor Control PCB.
b. Disconnect the Earth Wire from the front panel.
c. Remove the 4 pin harness from 4 Pin Trigger Socket.
d. Remove the two M6 × 16 pan-head screws to disconnect the front panel from the base assembly. Keep
the two screws for future use.

3. Disconnect the Welding Cable from the Tweco No.4 MIG Torch Adaptor.
a. Loosen the M10 × 18 Hex Bolt from the Tweco No. 4 MIG Torch Adaptor. Keep M10 Flat Washer, M10
Spring Washer and M10 × 18 Hex Bolt for future use.
b. Remove the welding cable.
