Route Fan Hoses and Fan Harness
Refer to Figure 53 (which depicts the fan exit air hose in-
stalled - this is not done until step 117)
90. If the fan hoses and harness exit the mainframe
inside the left parallel arm assembly, skip to step 93.
91. One at a time, disconnect each (of 3) hoses at the
fan, and route it:
under the rear mainframe tool bar,
over the lower left forward parallel arm pivot,
along the lower left outside parallel arm, and
outside the left rear parallel arm bracket.
Re-connect each hose as re-routed.
92. Disconnect the fan sensor harness near the fan
cage, and re-route the harness along the same path
as the hoses.
93. Allow ample slack at the forward and rear parallel
arm pivots, to allow a full range of mainframe and
cart vertical motion. Use cable ties to secure hoses
and harness to parallel arm.
Connect Lighting & Seed Box Harnesses
Refer to Figure 54
94. Uncoil the lighting and seed box sensor harnesses.
Route them along the steering hoses, and under the
main cart cross tube.
Note: There are two cable clamps attached to the in-
side of the cart side frames, near the main cross
tube, shown as gray “J” shapes in Figure 54.
95. Using a cable tie, loosely secure the harness bundle
to the left cable clamp.
96. Identify the Right light harness . Route it along the
back side of the main cross tube, to the right side
cable clamp
. Using a cable tie, loosely secure the
harness at that side.

97. At each tail light assembly, route the lead through
the nearby hole in the cart side frame.
98. Route the Right light harness along the inside of
the right side frame and connect it to the right tail
light lead.
99. Route the Left light harness along the inside of
the left side frame and connect it to the left tail light
lead.
100. Route the seed box sensor along the left light har-
ness, and then to the seed box sensor lead. Use a
cable tie to secure the sensor harness to the light
harness. Plug sensor harness and cable together.
101. Tighten the other cable ties.
