Mini-Optimization Protocols
The following pre-set protocols use four or six well sets in the electroporation plate.
Opt mini 96 well/ Sqr.Exp
Table 7 shows the parameters that vary in each well set in a 96-well plate. The protocol
includes the following well sets:
• Well set ABCD 1-3: Square wave, 200 V, 2,000 μF, 1,000
Ω, and 20 ms
• Well set ABCD 4-6: Exponential wave, 250 V, 350–750 μF, and 1000
