Setting the system clock (SET DATE)
The internal clock of the unit will print the date and time on the top line of all fax messages you
transmit.
PROGRAM button
Note;
•When the unit is in idle status, the display shows the current time and the number of recorded
incoming messages. Entered “month/date/year" are not displayed. These settings appear on the
top line of all the documents you transmit and the fax communication reports such as JOURNAL
report and TX report.

Press the PROGRAM button.
The PROGRAM indicator lights and the display
shows “P-_"
Press then press “01" for SET DATE setting.
The display shows “P-F01".
