Form Typing
5. When you have finished with this item, press [RETURN] or [TAB] to print the item
and move on to the next item.
If you wish to move onto the next item without printing this item, press [CODE] +
[RETURN] or [CODE] + [TAB],
6. When all items on the form have been filled in and printed, press [FILE], (not
[RETURN], see Note on page 18-8).

name of an item in the form. You may find that the print position of some items on the
form is not correct, or you may wish to enter some common text that will be used on a
