6.10 Assembly
To assemble the pump, consult the sectional
drawings provided in section 8.0 and some specific
assembly drawings may be necessary.
The pump that has been purchased may
have order specific assembly and parts
configurations. Specific cross sectional drawings
that reflect the exact pump/parts details can be
purchased from Flowserve. Contact Flowserve for
drawings purchase and cost information.
It is recommended to call for trained Flowserve
technicians for all your assembly needs.

Refer to seal manufacturer’s instructions for
disassembly and re-assembly of mechanical seals.
Please take precaution during
assembly process such that there is no risk of
explosion due to the nature of the
materials/tools/equipments/methods used.
Wherever chemicals and hazardous materials are
involved, proper safety rules must be followed to
prevent any dangers to human lives or livestock.
