If a channel is not zeroed correctly, “ZERO ERR” will be displayed to the right of the appropriate channel.
This could be caused by one of the following:
a. the diode is in a radiation beam while zeroing or
b. the diode may be defective.
Correct the problem and repeat the measurement.
