command at TB1-2.
Off
The E7B_ _ _T or E7B_ _ _Y is not in AUTO mode or has not received
a Run command when in AUTO mode.

The Drive is ready to run or is running (no faults).
Off
The Drive has a fault that will prevent operation.

Auto Transfer to Bypass operation or Remote Transfer to Bypass
operation is active.
Off
Auto or Remote Transfer to Bypass are not active (Auto Transfer may
