performance.

1. Wire feed problem.

2. Cabling problems.

3. Verify weld mode is correct for

process.

4. Machine calibration.

1. Check for proper wire speed

and consistent feeding.

2. Check for poor connections

and/or excessive loops in the
weld cables.

NOTE: The presence of heat in

external welding circuits
indicates poor
connections or
undersized weld cables.

3. Select the correct weld mode

for the application. Refer to
the Instruction Manual.

4. Perform Choke Test.

5. Perform Current Transducer

Test and Check Sense Lead
Routing.
